The City of Atchison, Kansas (City) is seeking proposals for professional design and construction services for the Design-Build of a scenic overlook area at Guerrier Hill Park in Atchison, Kansas. Competitive sealed proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria formulated around the most important features of the service. This improvement project will be funded in part by a Land & Water Conservation Fund grant administered by the Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks.
