The Project consists of repair of spalled concrete on the Primary Clarifier Structure at the City’s Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 120 Riverfront Road, Atchison, KS 66002. An Add Alternate bid for cleaning and painting railings on the Primary Clarifier Structure will be considered.
