The City of Atchison is seeking proposals from qualified firms to inspect and prepare reports for select Watershed Dams as required by the Kansas Department of Agriculture pursuant to the requirements of the Obstructions in Streams Act (K.S.A. 82a-301 through 305a). Dam inspections are to be completed by April 30th, 2021, and the engineer’s inspection reports must be filed with the Division of Water Resources by June 30th, 2021.
