The City of Atchison invites interested and qualified parties to submit sealed proposals for the reconstruction of a portion of brick street in addition to concrete improvements within the 1000 block of Atchison Street.  The anticipated start date for construction is within the first quarter of 2020 with a 45 calendar day duration once construction begins.   The basic scope of the project includes removal, cleaning and relaying approximately 500 SY of brick over a new concrete base in addition to demolition and replacement of all new curb and gutter, new concrete crosswalks and parkway restoration.  Interested bidders may download the RFP from the provided link.
