Sealed BIDS from Contractors for renovations and addition construction at the Atchison Kansas City Hall will be received at City Hall second floor conference room located at the above address until 10:00 a.m. (CST} on January 22, 2019. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "City of Atchison, Kansas City Hall Renovations and Addition". A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. in January 03, 2019 at the Atchison City Hall second floor conference room at the above address. Attendance is not mandatory- but is strongly encouraged.

A $150.00 refundable deposit is required, only complete sets of construction documents will be issued, bidders are to pay for all shipping. Checks or money orders are to be made out to: "City of Atchison".

The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informality, or to accept or to reject any and all bids.
