LFM Park Basketball Court Reconstruction
Summary: Large cracks in the asphalt surface, unlevel goal heights, and perimeter fences in disrepair are all issues with the existing basketball courts at LFM Park. This project will demolish the existing courts and build a new post-tension cable concrete surface that will be finished with a colored acrylic seal coat. The project also includes new goals, upgraded perimeter fencing, and lighting improvements.
Cost: About $100,000
Funding: The City’s 2017 Capital Improvement Plan includes a $90,000 project budget.
