Firefighters Deliver Baby

On Sunday, November 24th, Atchison Fire Department Lieutenant/EMT David Downing Jr. along with Firefighters Rick Vice, Blake Mispagel & Kimberly Rauch, responded just in time to deliver one of Atchison’s newest citizens, baby Jaxon David Fargo.

The mother, Holly Fargo, thought it was only appropriate to name her new baby David, after Lieutenant David Downing, who without hesitation, jumped into action and followed his training, delivering baby Jaxon David.
