If you are a low-income senior citizen and meet the following guidelines, you may be eligible for a discount utility rate.
Age Requirements: Must be sixty-two (62) years of age on or before the first day of January of the year in which the reduced service charge is applicable.
Income Requirements: Must have an income during the preceding calendar year (from all sources) of:
- $25,500 for a family of one
- $29,150 for a family of two
- $32,800 for a family of three
- $36,400 for a family of four
