Chief Wilson has served the Atchison Police Department since 1977. Chief Wilson has overall authority and responsibility for the operation of the Department. Duties include establishing operating guidelines, budget planning and oversight, overall supervision of department personnel, and responsibility for the quality of service provided by the Atchison Police Department.
