South Atchison Trail Extension

Summary: This project will construct a 10 ft. wide concrete pedestrian and bicycle trail that will connect the South Atchison Trail from the intersection of US-59 and US-73 to the Santa Fe Dept (Chamber of Commerce) using the existing pedestrian bridge over White Clay Creek.

Cost: About $25,000

Funding: This project is entirely funded by Live Well Live Atchison through their participation in the Blue Cross Blue Shield “Pathways” Program.

Location: The north side of US-59 between US-73 and the pedestrian bridge over White Clay Creek.
