Motorcycle Patrol
The Police Department has a Harley Davidson motorcycle that is part of its and is utilized throughout the year. Two officers share the patrol duties of the motorcycle patrol.
Bicycle Patrol
The Police Department has a bicycle patrol that is often used during summer months. The bicycle patrol is an effective way to create interaction between officers and citizens in parks, the downtown area, the Riverfront, and special events.
Special Response Team
The Police Department has a special response team that trains monthly. The SRT has twelve officers who receive specialized training to handle high risk situations.
