Tour the Station
Tours are available for Schools or any type of groups public or private. We have tours tailored to fit any age group or type of safety education desired.
To schedule a free tour of the fire station call 913-367-4329. Tours are given any day between 9:00am-noon and 1:00-4:00pm. Evening tours can also be scheduled. Tours will last about an hour, unless otherwise requested. Large groups (20+ people) will be split into two smaller groups. All ages welcome.
School Presentations

Public Education & Training
The Atchison Fire Department provides training for business and citizen groups of all types. Training can be provided in the areas of portable fire extinguishers, understanding basic fire behavior, emergency evacuation planning, hazardous materials management planning, disaster preparedness and senior home fire safety.
